About Me

My own life experience and my qualifications have given me the privilege of being able to offer you a place to share your thoughts and feelings in a professional and confidential environment. Initially we will discuss the goals of therapy, which can be either via short or long-term counselling. We regularly review the work together, which is important to make sure we are going in the right direction.
Counselling is different for everyone and I endeavour to find a way of working with you that enables you to explore your own agenda, in a supportive, warm and sometimes challenging way. I am here to guide you through adversity and I will be fully immersed and dedicated to enable you to understand yourself better and find solutions to your problems.
